Our Warranty

We have an unlimited, no questions asked, one year warranty on our frames and lenses.

This means:

  • You have the opportunity to replace your frames and lenses as many times as you wish during the one year warranty period.
  • You must bring in the frame and lenses for the warranty to apply (otherwise it is considered "lost or stolen" -- see our policy on this below)
  • Your claim will be subject to a 20% copay each time you use the warranty (based on what you paid for your eyeglasses)
  • Unlimited warranty is not applicable to Medicaid eyeglasses (subject to Medicaid rules), insurance eyeglasses (subject to insurance rules), discontinued products, or discounted specials.


For Lost or Stolen Eyeglasses:

  • You must file a claim with ProEye.
  • You must have purchased your eyeglasses within the previous 12 months.
  • Your claim will be reviewed by management and replacement is at the discretion of ProEye.
  • If your claim is honored, your frame and lenses may be replaced at 50% of current retail prices.
  • Lost or Stolen Eyeglasses warranty is not valid for Medicaid eyeglasses (subject to Medicaid rules), insurance eyeglasses (subject to insurance rules), discontinued products, or discounted specials.


*ProEye reserves the right to refuse to honor either warranty if management feels that the claim is not valid.
